2. Fill out the contest form on our website with your questions, and don’t forget to include the social media platform where you’d like to be tagged when Katy answers your question. (It’s okay if you prefer to remain anonymous!)

However, please avoid questions that only require a yes or no answer—these will not be entered into the contest. We want to hear the full story, not just a simple response! ✨
